When you are ready to place your order, simply fax, email, or mail your PO with your quote to CDI and your order will processed promptly. You will receive an order confirmation email when your order has been placed in our system as well as when your order ships to you.

Freight Terms on all orders shall be F.O.B. destination with all freight charges paid by the vendor. Dock deliveries are permitted. Lift-gate delivery is $75.00 additional: required if loading dock is not available.
